Hothouse Flowers & Fight Like Apes will headline Vantastival 2014!
The organisers happily continue in the tradition of promoting homegrown talent at Vantastival this year, with a disctinctly Irish flavour to the line up. Highlights include the ever popular Cork troubadour John Spillane, Sligo instrumentalists Tucan and the loveable Dublin rockers The Hot Sprockets. They are also excited to have on the bill this year the American roots collective Birds of Chicago, while the line up also includes Booka Brass Band, GANGS, The Vincent(s) and, just confirmed for The Certain Three tour 2014, The Altered Hours.
This year VANTASTIVAL will be hosting a chill out area where you can avail of some holistic treatments and take a break from your busy festival schedule! At the moment we are recruiting qualified and registered massage therapist, reflexologists, Indian head massage therapists and aromatherapists. The fantabulous Melomania Stage will be returning to Vantastival this year and will showcase some great local acts. To qualify as local one or all of you must be from Louth or the band must be based in Louth/Meath/Monaghan or Newry.
