Dear Self Caterer
Network with your Peers in the West!
I would like to invite you to a Networking Evening at Lough Lannagh Holiday Village, Castlebar on Monday 9th March from 5.00 – 7.00 pm. As Chairperson of the Irish Self Catering Federation, I am convinced that by networking together with other self-catering providers we can share and get fresh ideas, gain a different perspective on the business, and benefit from interconnected tourism groups in our own region. As well as networking with your peers, we will update you on issues that affect our sector and about TOURism Day 2020, being launched today.
So, whether you are the owner of 1 or 100 properties, from cottages, group schemes, a hotel with self-catering accommodation, or glamping – we believe the evening will send you away feeling uplifted, inspired and energised!
We probably all know about the accommodation and activities in our area, but have we actually met the people involved! Why not come along and do just that. We invite everyone in tourism – activity groups, attractions, restaurants, food emporiums, and farmer’s markets – to come along and explore the value of working together.
The ISCF is the sole representative and lobbying body for owners of self-catering properties in Ireland, recognised as such by consultative bodies, local & central government and every leading tourism group. Our aim is to promote and defend the interests of owners giving voice to issues affecting our sector.
I look forward to meeting you along with the ISCF amazing hardworking committee who are all volunteers and feel passionately about tourism and self-catering in particular, working to make sure that as a Federation we support each other.
