Potential buyers can try before they buy this month at luxury five star West Point holiday home development in the stunning seaside setting of Selsey.

The caravan home-from-home has come of age in recent years and many now offer the most spectacular locations, panoramic views and luxury accommodation at affordable prices.

West Point in the West Sussex village of Selsey is a classic example – luxury accommodation with large verandas perfectly designed to make the most of spectacular views of the Solent from one aspect and the RSPB’s new Medmerry nature reserve on another.

Potential buyers have the opportunity to experience the look and feel of the development before they buy this month, with open days at West Point on October 24, 25, 31 and November 1 from 12-4pm. There will be a sneak peak of the luxurious five star development, showcasing brand news models and an opportunity for the public to speak to Bunn Leisure’s experience holiday home ownership advisors.

The homes have double private parking bays and many have hot tubs with an outlook towards the Isle of Wight and the Spinnaker Tower in the distance. They are modern, spacious, top-of-the-range and well equipped – with French doors and access directly onto the beach.

Selsey is home to some of the most beautiful coastline in the British Isles. It’s a traditional fishing community offering fabulous fish and shellfish including the famous Selsey Crab.

West Point is perfect for walking and cycling with new tracks which recently opened at the Medmerry reserve. The RSPB has created a free trail map for visitors to follow. The stunning reserve is home to seabirds, water voles and sheep can be seen grazing along its banks.

The peninsula has its own microclimate, making it one of the UK’s sunniest spots for days spent soaking up the fresh air and dipping your toes in the sand.

Home of the famous Selsey Lifeboat Station and with gorgeous beaches that stretch for miles towards East and West Wittering, Selsey’s superb coastline and on your door sights are an invaluable part of the West Point package.

The development has easy access from the M27 – historic Portsmouth is a half hour away with its Historic Dockyard Spinnaker Tower, Blue Reef Aquarium and Gunwharf Quays for retail therapy.

Goodwood is great for a flutter, and is reachable by a short drive through the countryside. Cultural Chichester and Arundel are right on the doorstep while cosmopolitan Brighton is just an hour away.

With new static holiday homes starting from just £59,995 you’ll soon be holidaying all summer long!

The gated community benefits from the facilities of nearby Bunn Leisure Holiday Park, voted Holiday Park of the Year by Tourism South East for three years running. The park has a mile of beach with restaurants and bars, an Olympic sized swimming pool, state-of-the-art gym, sports facilities, boat slipway, takeaways and shops.
