The story comes to life

TITANIC Belfast in association with U105 is lighting up Friday nights in the city with an enhanced gallery experience, tapas dining offering and evening bar complete with live entertainment.

‘After Hours at Titanic Belfast’ launches on Friday, May 3, in the World’s Largest Titanic Visitor Experience, offering an atmospheric experience in the amazing galleries that will include Titanic characters in period costume.

Experience Titanic Belfast’s nine detailed galleries with characters bringing to life the story of the world’s greatest liner at her birthplace – and get close to some of the world’s most rare and valuable Titanic artefacts, including a First Class Titanic Luncheon Menu, Dr Simpson’s letter from the ship to his mother, and the priceless Titanic Inquiry Plan.

Claire Bradshaw, Titanic Belfast’s Head of Sales and Marketing, said: “Just as Titanic Belfast is a unique daily experience, it will now be one of the most unique evening experiences once a month in Belfast. It’s an ideal evening for colleagues, friends or couples; a great occasion to plan for, making the first weekend of each month a memorable one.

“We are excited about the addition of this new evening experience to the Titanic Quarter, set within the spectacular setting of Titanic Belfast and located at the Titanic and Olympic Slipways. We know this experience will appeal to both locals and visitors alike, allowing guests to enjoy delicious dining, engage in history and enjoy the surroundings of the impressive Atrium. A truly social and culturally rich offering!”

Peter McVerry, U105 Station Manager, said: “This initiative is a fantastic addition to the city offering and we at U105 are delighted to be involved in highlighting the superb monthly night out now available at Titanic Belfast.   This partnership is another wonderful example of what our great city has to offer to locals and tourists alike.”
