Bailey adds two new models to its flagship Unicorn range

Since its launch in 2010 the Bailey Unicorn range has become a firm favourite with the discerning caravan owner providing the unique combination of superior performance, award-winning design and market leading value for money. The second generation of Unicorn models has taken this philosophy a stage further by moving the designs for an Alu-Tech caravan to the next level both in terms of accessibility and desirability.

Following the positive public reaction to this new flagship range, Bailey has taken the decision to add two new models (making eight in total) to expand the choice of options available to potential customers.

The Unicorn Vigo incorporates the popular elements of the existing Unicorn Cartagena in a re-configured single axle layout which contains a transverse island bed, mounted on the nearside wall, and an adjoining end washroom that includes a free-standing domestic style circular shower cubicle. In the centre of the caravan is a well-equipped kitchen featuring new ergonomically designed dual-level units which house upgraded appliances including the Thetford Caprice combination oven and grill and new dual-fuel hob with electric hotplate. The layout is completed by a generously proportioned front lounge for a caravan of this type, made more spacious by a cleverly designed recessed 3-drawer front chest, to allow a greater seating area.

One of the significant trends over the past twelve months has been the rapid growth in the popularity of twin fixed single bed caravans, witnessed by the sales success of models such as the Pegasus GT65 Rimini and the Unicorn Cadiz. The new Unicorn Cordoba offers Bailey customers this best-selling layout as a twin axle variant for the first time.

Using a clever twist on established designs Bailey has re-located the wardrobe into a spacious ensuite end-washroom which also includes a free-standing domestic style shower cubicle. This in turn frees up space in the middle of the vehicle which allows for the installation of the double-door 190 litre Dometic frdge freezer opposite a fully-equipped central kitchen. A spacious front lounge, featuring full length parallel front beds and signature opening vertical skylight finishes off a layout which can accommodate up to four people in absolute comfort.

As with all Bailey caravans these models are built using the high performance Alu-Tech construction system, complete with a GRP outer skin, that creates leisure vehicles which are more robust, more durable and yet lighter than those manufactured using conventional methods to offer owners greater protection against the elements to keep them comfortable, safe and secure all year round.

Supplied with everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday the new Unicorn range is fitted with a fully-specified Alde central heating system, including a 24 hour timer and heated towel rail, which combines with the market leading thermal properties of the Alu-Tech body shell to make these caravans the ultimate four season tourers.

Plus to ensure that these eye-catching investments remain safe on the road and secure on site they are fitted with the latest safety and security equipment, including the AL-KO ATC Trailer Control System, a TRACKER Monitor Stolen Vehicle Recovery System plus new peak performance Michelin branded tyres and a high security door lock, as standard specification.

The Vigo & Cordoba will be on display for the first time at Bailey Retailers from late June onwards. For more information on the best-selling Unicorn range please visit www.baileyunicorn-s2.co.uk . Details of both new models will be available shortly on the main company web site @ www.baileyofbristol.co.uk
