International real estate advisor Savills, on behalf of a private vendor, has completed the sale of Bovingdon Park in Hereford. The new private owners are delighted to have secured the park which has not been marketed for 20 years.

The long established park home estate comprises 60 mobile park homes – 40 twin and 20 single units – across a site of approximately 3.66 acres (1.48 hectares).

Bovingdon Park is located approximately three miles north west of Hereford and approximately 16 miles east of the Welsh border. The cathedral city of Hereford provides an excellent range of retail and service outlets. The property is particularly well located for the surrounding areas, being situated just off the A4103 and having direct access into Hereford.

Richard Prestwich, Director in the Leisure and Trade team at Savills Chester, says: “This is a well-established and profitable mobile home park in a popular location. Demand for mobile home parks has continued to grow, particularly from investors and existing park owners who are attracted by the resilience of the sector which continues to perform despite the significant and continued disruption.”
