New rope product available for boating and water sports
A new rope product for boating and water sports, BuoyRope, has been officially launched in Ireland during the recent Tall Ships Festival. The fully adjustable industrial shock cord that has been a hit in the US is brought to Ireland by Hy-Tech Logistics. It can be used in boating for docking and also as a ‘tie down’ to secure inflatables, coolers, fishing poles, life jackets and other important boating gear. It can even be used for fastening sails.
A sister product of LoopRope, BuoyRope is endorsed by RTE’s Dragons Den panellist Bobby Kerr who took part in launching the product recently by providing demonstrations of BuoyRope onboard his yacht in Dun Laoghaire harbour during the festival.
Speaking at the launch of the product, Stuart Burke, managing director, Hy-Tech Logistics and licensee for BuoyRope in Europe said, “BuoyRope comes in a pacific blue colour with white banding and is 5 feet in length. Each BuoyRope comes equipped with one stainless steel double gated LoopClip for security and safety. It’s perfect all water sports and for sport boats and personal watercraft such as jet skis. For larger boats, it’s great to use as a fully adjustable fender holder up to 5 feet.
BuoyRope is now being used by boating and watersport enthusiasts across the country. The rope that doubles up as both an adjustable docking line and a superior tie down, is available in boating shops across the country.
BuoyRope is already available online at www.marineswebstoreireland.com, www.bigsurf.ie and www.looprope.ie. It is also available in chandlery stores Viking Marine of Dun Laoghaire and Marine Suppliers of Howth. For more information on the product please visit www.looprope.ie and click on BuoyRope.
