Claremorris Equitation Club will this year host the Mayo County Show on Sunday May 27th. The event will be held in Hanley’s Equestrian Centre, Galway Road, Claremorris and promises to be a spectacular showcase for equestrian and show jumping enthusiasts, not only in Mayo but from all over Connaught and beyond. There will be four arenas in operation on the day with competitions for all levels from novice children to Senior Grand Prix level. The 2nd Leg of the Connaught Grand Prix will be the highlight of the day where some of Ireland’s best show jumping riders will battle it out for sought after points and a share of the prizemoney.

We hold many events throughout the year but the show on May 27th is one of our bigger events. It draws a large crowd and brings revenue to the Claremorris area. However, events like this take a huge amount of effort and funds. Our success in the past is due in no small way to our generous sponsors over the years. We know you have many demands and that the current economic climate is making it difficult for all but we hope you will continue to support us so that we can attract prominent events such as this to the area.

We will endeavour to give our sponsors maximum coverage for their contributions and will work closely with you for your special requests. You may attend on the day to present prizes and to meet new contacts who may be interested in doing business with you. We can also place you logo and contact details on our websites – www.hanleyshorses.com and www.hanleysales.com. You may also place banners around the arena and leave any information/flyers in the office where all the competitors much check in before their competition. We also work closely with the press/media and competition title sponsors will get their names announced many times during the day over the public address and in the sports results in the local radio and papers. The event will also receive national coverage and again title sponsors will benefit from this.

If you would like to discuss sponsorship opportunities further, please do not hesitate to contact any of the contacts below. If you would like to send sponsorship please address it to Sinéad Hanley c/o Claremorris Equestrian Centre, Galway Rd., Claremorris, Co. Mayo.

Yours in sport
