Swift Challenger Sport & Sterling Eccles Sport

Three new layouts broaden appeal of new lighter and cost effective Challenger and Eccles Sport ranges

The Swift Group has been quick to take advantage of the instant success of the new Swift Challenger

and Sterling Eccles Sport ranges, launched in October, by announcing three more exciting new

layouts will be added to both ranges and launched at the Caravan and Motorhome Show at Event

City in Manchester on 19-22 January.

They will also be on show at the Motorhome, Camping and Caravan Show at Excel, London on 14-19

February and bring the total number of layouts now available in these lighter weight and

competitively priced ranges to 11 in both Challenger and Eccles versions.

The three new models are the 564, 584

and 585. The first two layouts are similar

to those found in the more expensive

Challenger and Eccles ranges where they

have been very successful. Demand at the

launch for these layouts in a lighter and

more affordable style and specification has

led to their early introduction to the

“Sport” line up.

The 564 offers two large fixed rear single

beds, end washroom, centre kitchen and

double front dinette. The 584 pulls the

successful island bed layout in the

Challenger 580 into a lighter variant with

front double dinette, centre kitchen

transverse island double bed and end

washroom.

The 585 layout pulls a popular twin axle

layout into a lighter single axle version,

providing a family six berth model with

twin rear bunks and washroom, centre

single dinette and large front double

dinette with a centre kitchen.

Prices for the three new models are

expected to start from £16,500.00

“The new ‘Sport’ range was an instant success at launch providing a stunning modern exterior, with

optional sunroof, with a choice of contemporary modern interiors. This package all comes at a

weight and price that fits the profile of a wide section of the market looking for something new and

exciting that can be towed by the average family car and sold at a price that reflects the tougher

market created by the current economic climate.

These new layouts now bring the widest possible choice to anyone looking for a new tourer that is

lighter, more affordable and offers a market leading design,” Nick Page Swift Group Commercial

Director commented.
