An unrivalled display of 2012 models from all the leading motorhome and caravan manufacturers is on offer only at the NEC’s October industry showcase, The Motorhome & Caravan Show (11th – 16th October 2011).
The ‘new-look’ Show, which is now run by the National Caravan Council’s events arm NCC Events, will be the largest of its kind in the UK and has the support of every major manufacturer as well as The Caravan Club and The Camping and Caravanning Club.
Eleven halls of the National Exhibition Centre (NEC Birmingham) will be taken over by 340 companies offering visitors a comprehensive range of vehicles, accessories, campsites and destinations to choose from along with informative and entertaining holiday themed features, celebrity chef Gino D’Acampo and a great value ticket price, starting at just £7.00* including parking and a Show guide.
The Show will be the only NEC based event where visitors will be able to see model ranges from the biggest names in the industry and order in time for the 2012 holiday season. Exciting new launches will be revealed from Swift, Lunar, Bailey, Elddis, Coachman, Auto-Trail, CI, Chausson, Trigano, Rapido, Pilote, Auto-Sleepers, Marquis, Adria, Dethleffs, Geist, TEC, Neismann & Bischoff, Concorde, Laika, Romahome, Stealth Caravans, Carlight, Calder Leisure, Nu Venture, La Strada, RS Motorhomes, Fifth Wheel, STT Group, Hobby and Burstner – to name but a few!

Pick-up recipe ideas and tips from celebrity chef Gino D’Acampo at The Cookery Theatre; entertain the kids at the Games Room; hear about inspirational holidays to the USA, Canada and beyond at The Camping and Caravanning Club’s Worldwide Escape Talks; enter competitions to win amazing prizes; spot other soon to be announced celebrities and take advantage of free help and expert advice at The Experts Advice Centre whether you’re a dab hand at the touring lifestyle or a rookie. A free toddlers’ crèche is also on offer to occupy 2 – 8 year olds on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th October.
Outside the halls, visitors – under expert tuition – can try their hand at towing a touring caravan with The Camping and Caravanning Club, driving a motorhome with The Caravan Club or test- driving the winners of the Caravan Club’s Towcar of the Year Awards. A Show Campsite operated by The Caravan Club is also available for those wishing to stay on site and visit over two days.
