Renault Trucks has launched a special edition of the Renault Trafic van called the Trafic Red EXCLUSIVE Roadtrip.

The version benefits from Renault Trucks’ 35-year experience in the conversion marketplace, its century-long expertise in HGVs, together with the density of its commercial vehicle distribution and repair dealer network.

Developed in conjunction with approved converter, Sussex Campervans Limited, and based on the Trafic Red EXCLUSIVE, the Renault Trucks Trafic Red EDITION Roadtrip with L2 wheelbase and H1 single cab, comes in metallic comet grey with red and silver accents and offers an exceptionally high-level camper van and holiday experience. The vehicle is available in any colour from the Red EXCLUSIVE range along with any of the standard options ex factory.

Unique features include a fully-electric lifting and retracting roof system activated by a remote-control hand fob, especially suitable for those with limited strength and upper body movement, a 4-berth sleeping facility and 2-tone leather interior in cream and raspberry (with a multitude of other colours and fabrics available).

The new Red EXCLUSIVE Roadtrip can be specified to suit all tastes and requirements and includes swivelling front seats, rear toilet system, integrated full induction cooker, on-board electric system, 50-litre fridge freezer, maximum roof size solar panel, rear-mounted bike carrier and low-profile side awning as standard. It can also be specified in the slightly shorter L1H1 version too as well as being offered with rear tailgate doors.

Commenting on the launch, Grahame Neagus, Head of LCV at Renault Trucks UK and Ireland said: “For several years Renault Trucks has been focused on increasing its market share and penetration through innovation and a compelling tailored proposition that is set to continue with the launch of these three new Renault Trucks Trafic variants.

He continued: “Our customers appreciate the versatility, reliability, and performance of the Trafic range, as well as the ability to personalise the vehicle to the individual’s needs and activities and these new variants take this to the next level. With a wider range of specifications to choose from, we are confident that we can offer our customers the perfect LCV vehicle to suit their needs.”
