Savills, on behalf of a group park operator, has completed the sale of Severnside Holiday Park, Worcestershire to a local multiple park owner. The guide price was offers in excess of £2.75 million.
Severnside Holiday Park extends to approximately 8.7 acres (3.52 hectares) and is currently developed for 145 caravan pitches. The property benefits from planning permission for 179 static holiday caravan pitches. Facilities on the caravan park include a children’s play area and a heated outdoor swimming pool with terrace.
Severnside Holiday Park benefits from a riverside setting, with residents having direct access to the Severn Way path which leads to Stourport-on-Severn to the north and past Stourport Marina to the south. The route extends as far as Bristol to the south and the Welsh hills to the North West.
