Truma Christmas Donation

Donations instead of gifts at Christmas
Donations instead of gifts – this is a tradition at Truma. This year, too, the company has decided not to send gifts to customers and business partners but to make donations to charity. This year, money will be donated to the children’s and young people’s facility Schloss Zinneberg in Glonn near Munich. In 2013 Truma donated 10,000 euros to the Clemens-Maria children’s home in Putzbrunn. This remedial home used the donation to renew the interior furnishings of one of their residential buildings that is home to children whose parents are temporarily or permanently unable to look after their children.
“We use our donations to support institutions in the town that we have worked with for many years and who need urgent financial help for specific projects,” says Robert Strauß, managing director of Truma. In the middle of November he had the opportunity to personally see the results of the renovations in the children’s home: new floors, new furniture in the children’s rooms and colourful walls create a friendly atmosphere throughout the building and happy faces among the children.
