New Phoenix family from Bailey revealed

Bailey of Bristol has unveiled the new Phoenix range of caravans, replacing the existing entry level Pursuit family.
The new range comes in seven different models, including two new four-berth island bed options (Phoenix 640 & 644) and a six-berth twin axle family layout (Phoenix 760).
Featuring a high arching front window and styling similar to the flagship Unicorn range, the Phoenix is clad in Bailey’s signature GRP skinned Alu-Tech bodyshell with weights from 1139kg making it towable by a wide range of cars.
Practical interior features include extra worktop space in the kitchen area thanks to a new worktop hob cover. Charging on the go is not a problem with two new USB sockets in directional spotlights for smartphones and tablets and up to five 230v sockets provided.
Equipment includes a Truma Combi heating system, Thetford Caprice combined oven, grill and hob, a 800-watt microwave, and a large capacity 103 litre Dometic refrigerator (134 litre tower refrigerators on twin axle bodies).
There’s a new ‘Eucalyptus’ furniture finish and ‘Nordic Stone’ kitchen and worktop laminates finish, while ‘Soft Truffle’ loose fit drop in carpets and new locker LED lighting creating an upmarket ambiance. Washrooms contain a new ‘Granite Stone’ fully lined shower cubicle and new full width washroom mirror (model specific).
A retailer fit AL-KO ATC Trailer Control System is included on the options list, as is Truma iNet to allow remote control of the caravan’s hot water and heating systems.
The new Bailey Phoenix will be arriving at dealers from late August onwards.
